Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by 11:00pm the day prior to the travel date. Cancellation requests received anytime after the date and time of service are non-refundable.

Prescott Home Pick Up & Drop Off

 Phone Reservations: Please call 928-442-1000 or 800-304-6114 by 6:00 pm at least 1 day in advance to reserve Home Pickup/Drop Off service or to add Home Pickup/Drop Off service to an existing reservation.
Home Pickup/Drop Off service is currently not available online.

How It Works:
When you call to reserve Home Pickup/Drop Off service with your regular shuttle ride, our reservationist will ask you a few questions to gather the necessary information like pickup address, date, flight time, and any special instructions.
The reservationist will then book your regular shuttle in the appropriate time frame to catch your flight.  Your ‘Home Pickup Service’ will then be added to your reservation, rates are calculated based on your qualified zone.
If you have an existing reservation and would like to add Home Pickup/Drop Off service, please call before 6:00pm 1 day in advance. Home Pickup/Drop Off service is also available on the return leg of a round trip.

On the day of your reserved shuttle and home pickup, you should be ready at your home 1 hour before your regular shuttle time.  For example, if your shuttle departure time is 10:00am, you should be ready at your home by 9:00am and can expect to be picked up between 9:00am and 9:30am to be dropped off at our Main Office or Prescott Valley locations to catch your scheduled shuttle.
