Cancellations must be received by 11:00pm the day prior to the travel date. Cancellation requests received anytime after the date and time of service are non-refundable.

All online reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance of the departure time.  The Shuttle U cancellation policy applies to all reservations online or otherwise. ***When traveling with a child 2 or under please call to make a reservation.
